To enroll in our Nurse Aide Training, please complete the following:
- Background check to be completed by the school
- TB test before the clinical
- COVID-19 test results (to be completed by the student) prior to the class
- All students are required to wear a mask and gloves to class.
- Temperatures are taken daily before upon classroom entry
- Notify the school of any symptom
